Being vegan means no consumption of animals or animal based products. This means not wearing/ purchasing clothing made out of animals such as suede, leather, silk, etc. Shopping vegan has been a challenge but more places are starting to carry vegan / cruelty free products.
I have minimized my daily routines and simply followed a basic skin regimen. Sticking to the basics has made made the process easier and my skin feels even better than before.
I will make previous posts on my daily skin regimen and on my makeup routine which is also simple.
Vegan products may not be as readily available as chemical induced products but, our bodies and skin crave vegan nutrient dense food as well as natural/organic skin products and definitely tons of Alkaline H2o. Your body and skin will thank you once you make the switch.
